We encourage applicants to highlight their creativity, individuality, and passions in their cover letter.

- Have good communication skills. Be able to communicate clearly and appropriately with a range of people
- Be trustworthy and have high ethical standards and be able to respect confidentiality and privacy

- Be able to manage the physical and emotional aspects of the role
- Previous experience and/or training would be an advantage, but a positive attitude and approach, and a willingness to learn is important.
