We are currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic and personable Distribution Coordinator to join our team. The role would ideally suit a team player with the flexibility to pitch in where required. This is a part-time role, hours of work will be between 30 and 35 hours per week (to be agreed with the successful candidate). The ideal person would be someone who can work independently and within a team. You will often be the first contact our community and customers have with Hōhepa, so strong communication and customer service skills is a must!

There is a little bit of everything in this dynamic role. You’ll be a part our close-knit team looking after our customers both internal and external. You will be very comfortable driving a truck – both manual and automatic. The role can be physically demanding with heavy lifting, so you will be fit and healthy. You will be a person of incredible integrity and a high service expectation, a key part of this job will be working alone, delivering supplies to our houses and wider community. You will also be working alongside the people we support, mentoring and supporting them – so experience working with diverse communities is desirable.
