Dairy Assistant (Farm and Cheesery) - Casual

Our BioGro-certified farms in Clive and Poraiti are an important part of our community, supplying milk for our artisan cheesery while creating opportunities for the people we support.
About the role
We're looking for
reliable, practical people to join our dairy farm team on a casual basis.
Whether you have dairy farming experience or simply enjoy working outdoors and
being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
You may help with:
• Milking, feeding calves, and in paddocks and in the dairy shed operations
• Animal care and welfare
• General support on dairy farm work as needed
• Mowing, weed control, and basic fence and paddocks maintenance
• Irrigation and effluent management
• General support in the cheesery, including
daily cleaning and hygiene process of facilities and equipment, as well as
packing, labelling, and bottling
Hours will vary depending on farm needs and the season, and may include some early starts, weekends, or public holidays.
