As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting people with intellectual disabilities—many of whom live with complex mental health needs and display high-energy or challenging behaviours. You’ll need to be resilient, confident, and emotionally robust, with the ability to remain calm and compassionate in dynamic situations. Your experience and understanding of disability will help you see beyond behaviours to the person within, recognising their strengths, aspirations, and potential. You’ll support them to build meaningful relationships, engage in their communities, and pursue personal growth, education, and fulfilling activities. We’re looking for strong, intuitive individuals who are natural teachers—people who are observant, respectful, and genuinely committed to making a difference. If you bring creativity, patience, and a sense of humour, along with skills in areas like music, art, movement, nature, or sport, you’ll help create moments of joy and connection every day.

The shifts for this role would require split shifts and weekend work. A key requirement of this role will involve transporting our people, we are looking for people who hold a current full driver's license.
